How to Register?

2. Download the registration form and fill it out.
   • Mail in Registration/Sponsor form and payment or comment you’ve paid on-line to:

3. To pay on line click On-Line Giving and selecting Golf Scramble from the Fund drop down. 

4. Then complete the rest of the form.
5. And you’re all set!
