What is Will Call?

Will Call is the industry term for “pick up at the box office.” In order to claim your ticket at the Sermon on the Wall event itself on the night of the event, you must have verify your name and email address used during this sign up. If you cannot pick up your ticket or attend the event, you may give the will call to someone else. They must have your name and email address to take possession of your event ticket.

Will Call only?

The Sermon on the Wall events are “will call only,” which means that Will Call is the only way to register for an event ticket.

Where do I pick up my Will Call ticket?

Tickets must be picked up at the venue’s front entrance at the event location, unless otherwise noted. 14913 Hutchinson Road Tampa, FL 33625

What do I need to claim my Will Call ticket?

All you need is your name and email address to pick up your ticket(s)

Can someone other than myself attend the event?

YES! If you cannot pick up your ticket or attend the event, you may give the will call to someone else. They must have your name and email address to take possession of your event ticket. You may also register in person at the night of the event. (Based on seating availability)

Can my Will Call ticket be mailed to me?

We cannot mail out Will Call tickets, they must be picked up on the night and at the location of the event.
