Remember Colossians 3:23-24.\u00a0 \u201cWhatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the lord as a reward.\u00a0 It is the lord Christ you are serving.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Always treat children with respect.\u00a0 Jesus said, \u201c\u2026I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you do for me.\u201d\u2026 &#8211;Matt 25:40 Your speech should always lift children to Jesus.\u00a0 Be an encourager.\u00a0 Learn and use names with respect. Teachers should never spank or hit a child. Derogatory language should not be used such as \u201cyou\u2019re a bad boy\u201d or \u201cyou\u2019re a stupid girl\u201d.\u00a0 No improper or offensive physical contact with a child is permitted!<\/li>\n<li>Pray for God\u2019s anointing on your class, on other workers, and on your portion of<\/li>\n<li>the Bible study.<\/li>\n<li>You are representing Jesus.\u00a0 Look and smell your best for Him. Wear appropriate clothing.\u00a0 Always greet each child and parent with a smile.
